Established in 2006, Kayak for a Cure® is a volunteer-based organization dedicated to creating a future without cancer. Their fundraising - through the annual Kayak for a Cure™ paddle, special events, corporate sponsorship and donations - enables the organization to raise money for cancer research and prevention in the United States and Canada.
Since it began in 2006, Kayak for a Cure® has raised close to $300,000 for cancer research & prevention.
Kayak For A Cure® Vancouver will be held on September 16, 2023. Benefitting the Canadian Cancer Society for the 16th year, Kayak For A Cure® Vancouver hits the water of English Bay in the lower mainland of British Columbia, Canada.
