Jennifer Kelly embodied so many beautiful qualities that she unwaveringly demonstrated to her students and colleagues alike. She exemplified leadership, grace, friendship, kindness, and love. The Character Traits that we celebrate each month during our Character Education assemblies could all be said about our beloved Mme. Teaching wasn’t just a job to Jen, it was her passion. Jen’s expectations of her students were high but achievable because she believed in all of them. The loss of Mme. Kelly has greatly impacted our school community and has left us all wanting to live life following her example. During her long battle with cancer, she tirelessly supported the Cancer Society and praised the care she received here in Sault Ste. Marie. We are all honoured to be walking for Mme. Kelly this year.
